N1MM+ remote over VPN on 1.4 operational and sending CW via CWX

I have N1MM+ running while running SSDR 1.4 over a VPN connection.  One little challenge is that SSDR does not seem to produce a sidetone while sending via cat commands.  but the bottom line is I am able to run my contest logger and send cw over a VPN link.  the original instructions from R5AU still work ok for macro based cw.  in a pinch you can open up the cwx window to send exceptions.  This is quite exciting. :):)

Chris, nice to hear, BTW i am looking for ability to use KS command together with KY in one sequence with N1MM, what probably not possible today, and as a long time ago we are dreaming with integrated bandscope into waterfall:

Sergey that too is my DREAM DISPLAY..

Spots in the Waterfall like is found in NaP3 would be so incredibly useful..

In discussions I had with Flex, I specifically asked this question.    I understand that the Display API is still closed so that there is not yet an easy way for a 3rd party to do this..

    Howard,
Yes, and it's all doable but only by the SSDR GUI coders   This idea below was closed (with 17 votes) so people can't add votes or comments but it is doable and I'll bet it would get even more support now.

It would provide the option to add cluster spots, or skimmer spots or both.   No one is doing that!

I know... I asked that questions specifically during the API Coders conference Call. and was told the SSDR GUI was currently a closed API issue

Hi Howard, you right, picture is Nap3 as idea, however the spots we can see on the band scooe what can be attached below waterfall with markers ( double click - go to the spot freq.) but not vertically as it usual for now but horizontally - in that case no surger adoptation are necessary, isn't it ?

    My iPad too...

I believe that Flex will have to open up the GUI API for the spots to be in the display
    We can always dream
