N1MM and F6.7K problem again...under Windows 10

I upgraded to Windows 10 and now cannot get N1MM to connect to SmartSDR and the F6.7K.  Smart CAT shows COM4 as the port to connect to third party programs; but, N1MM Logger does not show COM4 in its list.

I cannot change the COM4 in CAT, and cannot add a COM4 in N1MM.

Any thoughts?

Was SSDR still installed when you upgraded to Win10?

I uninstalled CAT and SmartSDR after upgrading, then reinstalled both.

By uninstall and reinstall, did you actually do all the steps from this link?
https://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us/articles/204975589-How-to-do-a-Complete-uninstall-of-SmartSDR-for-Windows-from-your-PC

If it was working before that may be all you need to do to get it working again.

Thanks Jay, for the help. It is all working now. The issue was hidden port assignments. I removed them as per the instructions given.
