hi Richard I had a txco problem with my 6700 which turned out to be a dry joint. I can only say great things about the flex service dept, being in Australia, I thought it would be gone for a few months when travel times are taken into account. Much to my surprise, it was back in just over 4 weeks and I was kept informed all the way through the repair process. So whilst I can't help with the specific problem, I can credit the flex service dept with incredible performance... Cheers brenton vk3cm Tangambalanga Victoria Australia
