Minimizing 2.0.17.96 window breaks the tool bar

Minimizing 2.0.17.96 window breaks the tool bar so that it requires going to the task manager to return to the application. This occurs if the application was not launched from a pinned icon in the tool bar. My tool bar was somewhat full but the up/down arrows did not appear. Otherwise the new version seems to be working fine. Easy work around to just pin the application icon in the tool bar and start from there. Laptop was running Windows 10.

I don't seem to be able to reproduce this issue. I can minimize and restore the panadapters or radio control panel from the taskbar icon. It would be nice if the minimize button were also present on the top right corner of all panels.

An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
