Had a similar issue. Tried to do Win10 update by the book and ended up with messed up DAX and audio driver issues. Tim jumped on and worked miracles to fix. I am totally impressed that Flex would donate this talent to fix issues that they clearly didn't cause, the problems were all due to Microslop.
