MFJ 1263 Switch to 6400 - What cable

I wish to connect an MFJ 1263 microphone switch box to my Flex 6400. The box controls my headphones & mic. The MFJ 1263 has 2 connectors on the rear. One is an RJ45 style & the other is an 8 pin connector. Can anyone point to an appropriate cable to connect my Flex to the MFJ box? It will be about a 4 foot run. Thanks in advance.

Did you ever receive any answers to your question Greg? I have an MFJ-1263 as well and am looking for suitable cables for my 6400M. I need a 3 pin XLR to 8pin foster or RJ-45, and an RJ-45 to 1/8" to go to the Flex 6400.
