MARS Transmit Frequency Coverage

What is the process or procedure to be able to setup to transmit in the MARS frequency bands? I noticed that the capability to set transmit limits for national and regional regulatory compliance was added, to SmartSDR 0.13.10, but don't see how to get it implemented for MARS frequency bands, for my Flex 6700.

The technical procedure is that we receive your serial number and generate a file that contains the expanded frequency coverage for your radio. You load this file into the radio through SmartSDR-Win by pressing the "change" button and supplying the file. To create the file, we will need a copy of your MARS license and your serial number. These should be sent to support@flexradio.com along with your request.

One minor change to Steve's response. Please submit a HelpDesk support Ticket requesting the MARS unlock and providing the information described above. It will speed up your request because we have to create the HelpDesk ticket to assign you a case number.

Is this still the proper method to make this request for the 5000a?  I need this modification for my Army MARS application.  Thank you.

I'm unsure the 5000a is able to be unlocked, will let the experts reply.. I know the 6300 is not MARS compatible that is why I went to the 6500
