Maestro worked very well via SmartLink

I used the Maestro via SmartLink from my daughter's home in Iowa over the weekend.

I was able to participate in the Michigan QSO Party.  The Maestro ran off the power pack for many hours.  I'd even leave it and go up stairs to be with the family and hours later, upon return,  everything was fine.  All in all, I'm very happy with how it worked.   I received many good audio reports and people were astounded to know that I was operating remotely.   My audio did not give me away, but when I talked to someone from the same or nearby town in Iowa, I had to let them know where I was.  I also told the Michigan friends that I contacted.

I made over 300 contacts which, hopefully, will be enough to at least win Midland County haha!

So happy with the Maestro's performance. It's doing what I always dreamed it would.  I've got my knob/ touch screen radio on one screen and everything else on my laptop screen.  Over the winter my remote station used RemoteHams, with a standard, Superhetrodyne radio, it also worked very well but that's another story.
