Got my Maestro yesterday and am getting a grey screen with error message "Waiting on Hardware Initialization (K)".  I've opened a help desk ticket, but will likely have to wait until Monday to hear back from Flex - does anyone else know the fix for this?

    John,

If the Maestro is running, press and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds. Continue holding even after the slide to Shut Down your PC screens is displayed until it power off (the is a full reset shut down)

Disconnect all power sources for 15 minutes.

Connect DC power and an wired Ethernet connection and try to boot up.

    John,

Had the same problem,Check your power cord. Make sure your power cord is pushed in all the way.

John Turn off Maestro by long push on power button. Wait about 15 seconds. Then turn on Maestro. Use 12 v power and wired Ethernet initially. This should cause a normal start. If not turn off radio and restart. If by chance this does not clear start a help ticket.

This appears to be an internal communication issue and is being addressed via the open HelpDesk ticket.  If anyone else is experiencing an issue similar to this one, please submit a HelpDesk support ticket for issue resolution.
