Well if the Maestro works like the M models press and hold the RX A button until the light below lights up then use the VFO B knob for tuning the RIT. Should be the same for XIT.

Maybe the update for the M models have broken this feature for Maestro owners. There don’t seem to be any replies from Maestro owners so it must mean my Maestro is broken. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Douglas are you saying that holding in the RX A slice button does not light up the light between and just below the green RX and red TX buttons on slice A ? You have to go into the menu and turn on the "use slice B knob for RIT' to use this feature. In your OP you say you have this enabled. If this is not working open a help desk ticket. The front of the 6400 / 6600 M models work the same way.

Yes holding the rit button when vfo b isn’t enabled with the menu item enabled does not work. The led doesn’t come on and no RIT occurs for vfo A

Hi Doug,I have a Maestro with a 6700. When I held the RX button in above the big vfo knob, the led in between the rx and tx buttons lit up. When I turned the B vfo knob, It indicated rit on the slice and had shown the amount of offset. When I held the RX button again, it extinguished the led and the RIT was disabled.73, Jim N9VC

Hi Jim, thanks for the report, I have used this feature under a previous firmware version. It all stopped under v2.3.9. Looks like I need to try downloading it to the radio again. Thanks again..
