Maestro query

My Maestro is showing the following :
Log in to view Smartlink Account setting
Waiting on hardware initilization
(W,X,Y,Z,K,XTS,YTS,CSN,ETH)

Then it stops and nothing happens until I give up waiting for it .

Can someone please explain what all this means.

The Maestro is now on version 2 and working with my 6700. That data above happens even when I have logged in.
Also why does the Maestro still show, on the screen, previous software versions such as 1.10.16 and earlier.

Best wishes
Ross

The internal battery is charged.  This is a failure of the display to communicate with the Maestro control boards.  Sufficient external voltage could be the issue.  Or there is another hardware related issue that will need to be investigated.

I am getting the same error on the Maestro.  I have a new Q5 battery that worked yesterday.  Today the error comes up on startup, not update.  I inserted the wall wart power plug and error went away.  Immediately pulled the wall wart power plug out and Maestro continues to play on the same battery that produced the error. Now running on the battery. Turned the Maestro off and this time it booted up normally.

Who makes the "Q5" battery pack and what is the exact model number?
Does the Q5 battery pack support auto start? Some of the battery banks/battery packs require the user to push a button to start the voltage out.

The Polanfo 12000m is auto start and I am using tow of them with my Maestro.

The Q5 is the Polanfo.  Just got one, was disappointed to find that it lasted a little over an hour before the Maestro started complaining.

Not so nice but normal - better it will be hidden in a menu. (is needed if you like to use your Maestro with any other Flex6 - not upgraded to V2)

Your main question i cant answer - you have to wait for Tim [leader of the Rodeo :-) ]

Did you check the new manual from yesterday

Double check the 12 volt supply feeding the Maestro. Also as Salvador stated, Plug it in and let it charge for a bit.

If that doesn't work, open a help desk ticket with Flex.

Mine did this the other day.  I had to reboot twice (holding the button down and then swiping down).  After the 2nd reboot, the Maestro booted as normal and it hasn't done this again.

Thanks Tim, I will initiate a help desk ticket. By the way the Maestro was running on an externa; 12volt supply, and the externa; power ;pack was fully charged.
Best wishes and thanks for the reply
