Maestro Internal Battery not Charging

Although my Maestro starts when plugged into the Mains supply via the Flex Charging adaptor, and works as it should, it never shows that the Internal Battery is charging. I am referring to the Battery within the Maestro Computer and not the USB Battery pack that I have. I don't have the USB pack connected when I get this problem and it doesn't make any difference if I do. What I am not getting is the Charge Indicator showing on the Screen next to the Network and Plug Icons. If I disconnect the Mains pack, the Maestro goes into the mode where it is telling me that the Internal Battery is discharged and it will shut down if I don't connect the Mains. I have tried the method of holding down the On/Off button for a minute as suggested in this list but that makes not difference. It has not been left for unused and not charged for a long time and the problem has only just started.

Nor will it.  The Maestro does not show the charging status of the internal battery or the battery bank if one is installed.

The internal battery is only for keeping the Maestro running for a very short period of time until you connect it to a reliable power source, so the message you are getting to connect is normal.

If the battery has sufficient charge, the Maestro will boot and after running for 15-30 minutes, the internal battery will be fully charged.

If the Internal battery was discharged, the Maestro will not boot.

How do I replace the Maestro Internal battery?  I have had my Maestro unplugged for about 6 months and it will not boot up.  Too much time with FT8 and SmartSDR!
