It's a Seahorse SE920.  Bought in on Amazon for about $125.

I've not checked into Harbor Freight's case offerings but as a general observation the materials between different grades of cases does vary.

I've found this out the hard way, with early case failures.

In my case I didn't catch that the discount cases did not publish all the usual specs, and broke one in (what we would consider fairly mild) winter cold and one died from UV really quickly.  (Was using them for non-radio field gear, the conditions were acceptable for the gear inside.)

Some that I looked at a local discounter smelled bad.  The plastic seemed to be out-gassing and was actually slightly oily/slimy to the touch.  No idea if it would have been a performance issue or marked surfaces as I passed on the store "special."

There are different grades of interior foam as well, but you can more easily upgrade this if the combination price is good enough.

BTW my comment is only a criticism of my own poor purchasing based on price rather than remembering to keep performance needs in mind.

I had to buy twice because I goofed. You don't have to if you do s better job of vetting a discount product against your needs and conditions.
