Maestro Hangs up on Bootup

I posted an earlier message about this used Maestro that I just purchased that booted up with the screen sideways. I managed to get around that issue with a temporary fix but now it boots up and it displays my radio (Flex 6600M) so I select it and if the radio is already in use  it prompts me to disconnect the other user which I do by hitting Disconnect and the screen on the radio shows that the front panel controls are disconnected. The it prompts me to connect which I do and then it asks me for the software version I want to select V2.4.9.
I select it and then the Maestro says "Maestro Interrnal Software Updating (Step 3 of 4) please wait...
At this point a green bar graph appears and it goes all the way across then stops and then NOTHING HAPPENS.  It sits there like that forever.

What now????

What version are you running on the 6600M?
to do this test you want to be on the same network.
On the maestro is there any version that doesn't have a green or Blue arrow by it?
if there is, click on that version on the Maestro.
if not you might want to down grade the radio via the front panel to say V2.3.9 FIRST then do the same with the Maestro and see if sinks up and works.
If it did work try loading version v2.4.9 back on the radio front panel 1st then do the Maestro.
If that doesn't work then contact the Help Desk and create a help desk ticket.

The radio is running Version 2.4.9

The Maestro already had Version 2.4.9 in it when I got it and it had NO ARROW next to it.

It also had several other older version in the list that had arrows next to them.

I selected Version 2.4.9 and when I tried to connect it shows a line near the bottom saying "Maestro Internal Software Updating (Step 3 of 4) and a green bar scrolls across the bottom. when it gets to the end it stops and nothing happens
I am somewhat hesitant in Downgrading my radio and then I risk not being able to get it back.
