I am evaluating a FLIR E8 camera for work. So, I'm imaging everything as you would guess as I am a world class Geek (with the included double "E" inside). See attached photos.....

We own a Fluke IR camera we use for diagnostics and we took several pictures of the Maestro to verify heat distribution and egress when we built the first prototypes.  Our camera is in the $1k class and the pictures were not this detailed.  For example, we were not able to see the details in the screen you show (although our camera allows us to blend visual/IR to superimpose the details).  I have found the camera to be something we don't use a lot, but when we need it, we are able to quickly locate problems with it.  Thanks for sharing!

Probably like a lot of expensive tools... It sits on a shelf and you wonder why in the world you wasted all of that money on it. Then when you need it, it is invaluable and you are really glad you have it!
