Has anyone had thier Maestro stop transmitting in cw while in a qso. Mine has done the 3 times now. While in a qso it just stops transmitting and I have to reboot the flex 6500 and the maestro. It happened while in a long qsos. All the buttons and menu's are working but no transmit. I noticed a "click" in the earphones and transmit is gone. Usually about 10 mintues or so into the qso. The last qso I thought I had a breaker. But it was the station I was talking to, asking where I was?

I had something similar happen the first day, but it hasn't reoccurred.  But....since then, almost all of the CW QSOs I've had with the Maestro have been the 2-button CWX type (W0FG/ R TU 599 IA) using the function keys, so I don't know, in my case, if it's a real issue or not.

At the worst possible time (during the middle of the DX contest), my Maestro decided to stop keying my 6500 in North Carolina. I can key the NC radio via SmartSDR and the CWX window just fine, but not via the Maestro path. The same Maestro keys my Illinois 6500 just fine.

I have not yet been able to restore the function. All else seems fine with the NC connection (Network shows 4 bars of GREEN) and I'm able to see all the FB DX I'm missing.

Anyone have a suggestion? Using the BETA SW.
