For all you Mac users out there...

If you haven't already checked it out, the latest beta (5.62) of MacLoggerDX has some great improvements in Flex 6000-series support. Changes include drivers improved for VFO, Split, Power reporting, Volume, Squelch (FM), S Meter, Filter Width display.

Doesn't require a CAT connection! Comfortable operating, for sure.

(I'm just a happy user making a report - have no connection to Dogpark Software.)

Do you still have to run SmartSDR, and does that require a Windows PC?

Mark, yes ..... and no.   :-)  We run the Mac under OS X.   We then run Windows as a Virtual Machine using a piece of software called "Parallels".  This allows us to run our MacLogger DX software on the native OS while simultaneously running SmartSDR under Windows.
It runs smashingly well!
