Low power on 10 mtrs

Operating on 10 mtrs, for the first time, I noticed that maximum power is only about 70 watts. I verified the output on my Daiwa meter and it matches the Flex6700 indication.

I have not checked all bands; however, 40 and 20 mtrs will output 100 watts.

Any ideas?

Mike,

No problems with my unit - full power on all bands. Forgive the obvious question but have you tried checking the SWR or using the ATU to see whether that helps?

No problem, Stu. SWR 1.2:1 and the ATU does not help.

Check the total current draw on 10 meter in tune at full power verses the other bands. If the current drawnn at 100 %. Output is less on 10 meters as compared to the other bands, say 15 then it might be a calibration issue, but if the total current is about the same, maybe be in the PA filtering .. Let us know on the
