Sound for my laptop has stopped after installing VAC for PowerSDR. I checked VAC Settings. I found I had VAC1 for both INPUT & OUTPUT. I don't know how that happened. I removed VAC. Still no sound. How do I restore sound in Windows 10? When I get sound restored I will reinstall VAC for PowerSDR. This time I hope to get VAC1 and VAC2 installed instead of just VAC1 (that caused my sound loss).

UPDATE: I restored Windows 10 sound. Googled for solutions. Found Microsoft recommendation to Update Sound Drivers. I updated Realtek High Def Audio. IT WORKED!  I have sound back. I can resume watching YouTube videos at will. Now I will download VAC again to see how it goes.

SECOND UPDATE

I removed VAC. Rebooted. Reinstalled VAC. VAC installed successfully. I started VAC as the Administrator. I successfully set two VACs,VAC1 and VAC2. But I lost sound in Windows 10 again. I am thinking about how to restore sound to Windows 10 now. Any advice?
