Lost access to all of my computers using Parallels Access

I've been using Parallels Access for nearly a year now and it has been rock solid and never missed a beat. This morning I turned on and can't access my remotes site, my Home PC or my Laptop. This happens when using my iPad or my iPhone. I've checked my account, and it is current. I've check Parallels Access preferences on both the laptop and PC, a and they both show "accessible" Does anyone else have this problem? I've posted on the Parallels Forum and the one reply I've had is having similar problems. Any suggestions? I want to avoid a 4 hour return trip to my remote site if I can.

No issues here on W7

Likely guess Windows Update?

Howard and Dennis, thank you both. It seems to all ad up to the update. When I get home I will check my home PC and Laptop and revert to before the update. I had thought I had turned updates off for my remote PC, but maybe I didn't so I will go to the site on Thursday, weather permitting, or on Saturday and post the results for your info. Thanks again, Winston

What do you know? I just went and checked again for the umpteenth time and all computers are now available and I can connect to them all, including the remote site. I have done nothing - zilch! Perhaps it was a Parallels problem after all? Time will tell

I just used it for a moment earlier this afternoon.  So either my Win 10 didn't update yet, or it didn't get broken.  But I couldn't connect to the rig because We had a power failure for about an hour and my rig didn't turn back on.  (I wish there was a setting that would specify "after power loss, revert to state before the power loss" like many computers have.  My computer lets me specify post power loss behavior, either 1) stay on, 2) stay off, or 3) return to the state before the power loss.  (either on or off)

I have yet to wire up my remote RCA connector relay to my remote power switch.
I ordered two 117V relays.  ($6.00 each) They came from China.  One arrived in good shape, the other was broken.  I am not going to mess with returning one to China for $6.00.  Neither came with a wiring diagram for the relay socket.  I will need to trace it out when I have time.

Thanks Ken. I didn't mention I am intentionally still on Win7, so that may be a factor. Anyway I discovered I had access back to all three computers about 12 hours ago, without me doing anything, which leads me to think it may have been a problem in me connecting to the Parallels Access Server, or maybe the server in my area was down. Very mysterious.

Re your comment on turning the Flex on after a power failure, for your information, I am using a Wemo Maker in toggle mode connected to the Flex RCA remote socket and it works a treat. I also use another Maker in pulse mode to turn the computer on and off, and sense a 5volt USB port to give a return indication of the computers's state. As the remote system is solar powered and runs off 12 Vols, I use a further standard Wemo to switch 240 Volts from the inverter to the Linear.
