Keying with single lever keyer ?

What’s the best setting when using a single lever key ? I sound like a lid , it’s set for iambic....

Hi Jamie,
Iambic keying really only matters with dual level paddles where both the dot and dash paddle can be closed at the same time. The iambic mode dictates what the keyer does when both paddles are released. So with a single lever key (like my W9WBL) the iambic mode doesn't have any bearing on the keying, at least not as far as I am aware.

Doug is correct the iambic keyer mode is irrelevant with a single lever paddle since only one contact (either dit or dah) can be closed at a time.
