It’s possible to select 2 meters through the K6TU Control interface. On the 6500, selecting 2m as a second slice while SSDR is running crashes SSDR and requires a re-boot of the radio itself.

Actually on my 6700 is switched, made a buzzing noise through the audio, then crashed the radio (SmartSDR and K6TU lost the radio for a minute then the radio appeared in the radios list on both) Two Meters still seems to be an issue in the version of the SmartSDR software. Of course it should also not show up at all for the 6500 in the K5TU Control app.

George - This is not a SmartSDR problem, but a K6TU issue. Please report these types of bugs directly to Stu.
