I am extremely impressed ... 
I reported a small mechanical issue with my Maestro six days ago.  I raised a ticket which Tim handled and a parts kit was sent to me.  It arrived here in the UK this morning and I have already fitted it and resolved my problem!

So it is grateful thanks to Tim and to Katie in shipping for turning this around so swiftly!

As we used to say in the mob ... BRAVO ZULU!!

Indeed - I've not seen any radio manufacturer with Flex's level of support. My favorite was Kenwood's denial that a problem existed when I demonstrated it.
