ISO Assistance configuring SmartSDR App

I’m hoping that someone might be able to explain what I’m doing wrong, trying to get the SmartSDR app running on my iPad 10.5 Pro.

Using Verizon FIOS (100/100) with their MI1424 Actiontec router.

Port Forwarding shows its configured correctly

6500 was assigned a static IP address. When I run the test, I get the “green” passed, but when I look at the advanced section, the forwarding fails.

I can connect without any problem on my local network. If I try connecting off my local network I just sits there “connecting”.

Hi
I had a similar problem when I first set up my iPad with my 6400.
It would connect on LAN but not remote I found that I had logged to smartest / radio using email and password and had logged into smartsdr iOS using Google
Logged in using the email and password and it worked first time and has been great ever since.
Hope this helps

Bingo! I used Google to sign in also. I manually signed in and it came right up! Strange because I used the some credentials. Thanks for sharing your feedback.
