Yes. We were made aware of the issue around noon today and contacted our provider immediately. They acknowledged the problem on their end and are working to address the issue. Apparently the server hardware showed signs of corrupted files. They are in the process of moving everything to another server. That's all I know at this point. I suspect by the time we know anything new, it will be back up. We'll keep you posted here if there are new developments.

We just heard from them again -- they apparently moved us to a new physical server and so the IP address has changed. We'll need to change the DNS records and we should be up again. Definitely not five nines...

The website is back up and running on the new server, but you might not be able to see it, just yet. Since the web site hosting company changed the IP address when they moved it to a new working server, the records in every DNS (Domain Name Server) at every ISP (Internet Service Provider) have to be updated. When a provider updates his address tables is different for every service provider. Many only update once per day. So, if your provider had just updated his tables before we came back on line, it could be up to 24 hours before you can see the site again.

The site is back and definitely snappy.. but all of the links for downloads are broken. I just bought a 3000 yesterday and wanted to download and start readign through the user manual etc.. but everything shows 404 error.

And looks like the 404 errors have all been remedied. :)
