Ok, I am new to all of this. But what I am involved in is downloading this software called RTL.SDR for the ability to pick up a certain frequency around two thousand mhz or so. Their is a company that broadcast voices through microwaves at victims directly. This software they have are included in patents 3951134 and 6011991 . This was originally for our military and is in existence and for real. I believe that this was stolen at some point from government realization that it was in the hands of people who believed they could use it to hurt people. I will go into much more once someone can tell me how to get the system to work and what all I will need. Right now I can't hear any voices on this software but it is picking up the microwaves and showing the existence of these people using this.  Can anyone assist with this. Feel free to give any information many people have tried proving this and did not know about how to prove this. I could also use a hell of a hacker they are in my computer at all times to monitor it as well as my phone in many ways.

Ashley, this sounds like the script for an episode of the X-Files. This group support the FLex SDR radios, not the software you mention. Honestly, your question sounds more like a conspiracy theory - I would not worry about it, no truth to this story! The frequencies you mention have dozens of licensed links that don't pose any danger to us.

Our radios do not work with that software.
