Is a dual receive audio in phase lock?

Among other things, I'm considering using my 6700 for EME by feeding the 2M signals from both slices into the WSJT program.  Assuming I set up two slices on 2 meters, does anyone happen to know if the signals (IQ) from both these slices would be phased locked?

    Hi KF4HR,

A while back I asked a related question here:
    https://community.flexradio.com/flexradio/topics/map_65_adaptive_polarity

Since then, Diversity reception has been added, so wonder if this has been improved?

Thanks Bob.  I see your question was posted 2 years ago.  I'll try to contact Steve about this issue to see if there has been any progress in this area.  I am just getting started building a 2M EME station.  It sure would be nice if I my 6700 performed the functions of a LinkRF IQ+ Dual Receive Radio.

Yes, eliminating the need for an IQ+ is my goal too.  But getting two IQ streams in phase is only part of the problem.  As Paul, RN3A, noted in the old thread:

Since you can currently only select one sound device in Map65,
"Flex needs to create an additional sound card interface, which will carry 2 IQ streams from 2 pans, supporting synchronous RX, or Joe (in Map65) needs to add a second RX IQ channel to support X-pol this way."

Interesting Bob.  Being brand new to the Flex world I didn't realize there's only a single sound card interface.

Given the slim EME Flex audience I'm guessing Flex engineering isn't going to give these mods much (any?) priority, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask again.  It seems a shame the 6700 comes so close.

Just to be clear, the single sound card device limit is in MAP65.  A Flex 6700 has four IQ sound card devices each containing one IQ "stereo" pair, whereas MAP65 needs two IQ pairs (a total of four channels) on one sound card device.

I too would love to hear an update from Steve.
