Invisible slice created in v2.0.17

Summary - Out of factory reset, the first attempt to create new panadapter fails. It does create Slice B but there is no associated window. I can hear audio from Slice B but cannot delete it (since no window exists). It is shown in the Radio Panel. FRStack shows the errant Slice B but it is associated with a panadapter that is not visible. I first noticed this when the WIDE filter setting remained in all panadapters indicating to me that the invisible Slice was out of band.

The Slice B is persistent and remains upon new SSDR instantiation after exiting. Is there a method for deleting an invisible Slice?

If the window is popped out but not visible, it might also be on screen and sized down to a 1 pixel x 1 pixel window. Try it, it is possible to make them that small. the visible dot representing that window would be the top left-hand pixel of the window, of course, the pop it back in control isn't on that side of the window.    you, may be able to resize it larger by dragging it.

See the barely visible dark gray dot?

That's the popped out Panafall resized to its minimum size.
Since it the top left resizing it only works if you drag it upwards and leftwards.
Dragging it to a new position doesn't seem to be possible until it resized larger.
