Revo Pro does pretty well. I've noted, however, the free version tends to be less than stellar. It will sometimes not see everything that's installed and, I suspect, isn't as thorough in removing pieces and parts. As a PC support type, I find the pro version very useful when cleaning up reg entries and such. Some things can be removed 'by hand' but others can't unless you know certain details that aren't at all obvious.
Another option, tho not as complete, is to uninstall using the usual process, then run the reg scan in Ccleaner. It is one of the safer registry cleaning utils I've seen and is free. It's not a complete as Revo Pro tho. Caution is in order for any of these things.
