1. easy to keep updated on the latest topic
2. easy identification of FlexRadio staff for the official view
3. saves me time
4. lets me read and vote on a topic and reply that I think is important

I do have a small suggestion...
There is a link from the Flexradio.com website to this support community. But I haven't been able to find a link on the support community page to get to the flexradio.com page. (nit pick, I know) Is this possible?
(it would have saved me a minute or two when I needed to make a small change to my pending order this afternoon!)
