One of the major ham software authors always suggests fixing the problem and not to uninstall-reinstall. This was the first time I had to resort to such a drastic measure.
But I could not operate rtty split with my 6K.

I wish to thank ALL who wrote with suggestions.
I appreciated the offers of help, but I was sure of my ability to transfer the Red X to the proper transmit Slice B.

It worked on the first try....
Again thanks again...and now where are all those RTTY Centennial stations. LOL

Oh... and one suggestion for a future SSDR. Have it remember Split Setup for RTTY.
If a user selects Split, especially in digital modes:
Have a page that you can setup each digital mode you operate for split.
If your doing DIGL (usually RTTY) and you click on a (Split Button), have it automatically select a Slice and Audio Stream you have preselected and setup. And obviously you must make sure it selects the correct sound card-device.
Of course those settings SHOULD be remembered.
He who hesitates while DXing....looses....

Again thanks to all who offered suggestions, but it was probably a RF gremlin.

BTW. Merry Xmas.....
See ya tomorrow after I opened my presents and vacuumed the coal dust!
