i am on HRD 780 PSK31 with a 6300 and the dax will NOT transmit with 1.9.9 installed , recieve is good but no transmit

Sound Card Configuration
CAT Check
to have a PTT Port
DAX Check
To have TX on red
SmartSDR Check
Dax button is Blue
