Tim, Your presence on the community has been very noticeable and most welcome. I want to say thank you.
Not to mention having you answer questions as soon as you do keeps me out of trouble so I don't feel the need to post as often...lol

Thank you.  I am glad that I'm now able to spend more time on the Community since Ken has come up to speed and is a great addition to the tech support team that mans the HelpDesk.

Now, since we got your attention, may be finally can get a Tuner update :) ?

Seriously, there are several posts with the same request for update and no reply from Flex.

I invested to whole Flex system and PGXL. I feel that I and other deserve at least quarterly updates. Investment to PGXL is partial investment to Tuner as well for early amplifier recipients.

I work in a Customer Service business and updating my Customers as soon as possible. Not always information is desirable, by honesty and open communication gain a lot of trust and respect.

Sergey, when there is an update to provide regarding the TunerGenius, we'll let everyone know as soon as possible.  As of right now, there isn't an update available to share.
