N4PY has remote control software that you can map controls to functions and customize it. I figure I may as well mention it and beat him to it because I know he will mention it, multiple times.

I am not aware (I'm generally ignorant so...) that there is a 3rd party application for this particular controller. There are a couple of applications around you'll find for an integration to the Behringer CMD Micro DJ controller. I think the source is around too so you could start your own project.

If you already have the Pegasus software, that may be your simplest choice.
Otherwise, there are two or three threads from a couple years back dealing first with the Hercules DJ controller, then it morphed into the Behringer CMD Micro.

    Here is the original thread:

    https://community.flexradio.com/flexradio/topics/hercules-midi-with-6300

The software was written using "Processing" and translated MIDI control values to commands sent to the 6000.  It is still a work in progress.  If you can handle some simple programming logic, the Processing language is fairly easy to learn and you can customize the program.

I played with it a couple of years ago on the Hercules and then switched to the CMD PL1 controller, but never finished the project.
