Helpdesk: Thanks for your patience

I just wanted to put a quick word out that if you entered a helpdesk ticket today and we didn't get to you, we are sorry.  There was a fairly significant backlog of tickets stacked up from the holiday last week and over the weekend.  We were able to address a large chunk of that backlog today, but were unable to get to the new tickets that were entered today.  Hang in there.  We'll get to you as quickly as we are able.  We appreciate your patience.

Although I need no help and everything here is great, I appreciate you
taking the time to put this info out. A lot of companies would not do this.

My radio is working it's way back to me as I type, albeit in a REALLY slow truck. Looking forward to getting back into the fray!  A big thank you to the support staff in Austin!
