Help setting up FRStack to scan a band

I'm new to FlexRadio, SmartSDR and FRStack.so it's dumb questions time.  Can someone explain in simple terms, single syllables, perhpas with a crayon drawing, to me how to set up FRStack to scan a band.  In other words, set up a scan bank to scan the 40 meter phone band, 7.125 through 7.300 looking for signals.

Thanks

I'm an avid user of FRstack and I see where you start the scanning process but entering which frequencies puzzles me. Drop the author an email.

Bob:  Thanks for the suggestion, but my rookiness was showing.  I've realized that I don't need to scan.  The waterfall display shows what I need.  I zoom in or out so the limits of the band are in the display and it shows all the signals on the band. I can then click tune to that signal.  Much better than scanning to look for contacts.  I also love FRStack.  I create memories of good signals to come back to if the rag chew won't let me break in, or to go back to later if the band fades.  I love this system, it's a gadget freak's dream!
