I am using an ASUS 4G AC55U LTE, this is a radio router/modem operating via the LTE network. Nowhere in the settings UPnP is mentiond and until now no luck with fixed port settings.

Who is using the same LTE router with succes or knows the correct settings to get it going.

There is a manual available for your router onlne. I was looking over a page which might be helpful to you should you not be able to use UPnP. You may have to set port forwarding on your router and not use UPnP. Check out: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1072244/Asus-4g-Ac55u.html?page=55#manual .

have you confirmed the IP address of your radio is 192.168.1.202? You can use the arrow down in the IP field and select Texas Instruments. That is how the Flex shows up.

If you set the Flex for a static IP you must set the proper subnet mask and gateway info also.

One other thing to try (my friend told me about this).
Try setting both ports to UDP and TCP. He said his would not work until he did that. Mine works as per the screenshot I posted earlier.

Dave,

IP of the radio is OK, the same as TI, I changed UDP and TCP to both and still no green light. My DMZ is on NO, DDNS on NO and NAT passthrough all enabled.

What are we missing ?

I do not know. I am out of ideas. I would try rebooting router, radio and pc and try one more time.

Open a Help Desk ticket with Flex at this point.
