I am actually heading to Texas from Alabama as I am a member of the Texas State Guard and a MARS operator. My Flex 6700 and other station equipment are coming along to help in the operation. This should be a good real-world exercise for the Flex!

This storm is going to get ugly, if you live in South Texas, grab your gear and head north!

I really worry for STX and environs. I used to work down in Houston sometimes.

My DMAT ream was among the first boots on the ground in Galveston in '08 when Ike hit. We ran the UTMB emergency room because the hospital had been evacuated. This is like deja vu all over again. Y'all stay safe.

How about an update on you Guys status?  Looking at the ever-changing news, hard to tell whats going on.  Kinda looks like Austin is not directly in the target area, but nobody has really defined what that is.

Hoping & wishing that all are safe........................>

Tim, I hope everyone at FRS and their families are safe and sound. How about an update individually of how everyone is doing?

As I indicated above, all are safe and doing fine in Austin.  Just drying out.
