1. Once I get the F6.7K audio into my computer, how do I get the audio in/out on my USB headset? 2. Once I get the F6.7K audio into my computer, how do I get it to Remote Desktop? I am able to "Remote Desktop" into my F6.7K computer. I can operate the radio without issue; however, I cannot get the audio to/from remote desktop. I am able to hear audio from "Spotify" at the remote computer.

I haven't tried it yet, but you might try Audio Repeater, which came with the Virtual Audio Cable. You can set it to repeat the DAX out to the Headphones, and set up another one to send the USB mike to the DAX IN to the radio, using the DAX Control Panel.

That works quite well! Now I have to figure out how to get the audio into remote desktop.

Use the same trick. Install VAC, on remote desktop and use Audio Repeater, linked to DAX... If you are referring to off site desktop, you might try teamviewer or Skype for audio. You can link Skype mike input to the DAX or Audio Repeater ....
