Green up arroow on 6400M on boot?

I downloaded the current version xx.32 of the sofware. But there is a n up green arrow for a version that is .30? Can I get an explanation from someone?

It isn't confusing if you refer to this in the manual.

Page 27.

Version screen displays an (up green arrow) if a change is required in the radio firmware.  In most cases, the radio will stop and restart once or twice as the radio firmware is installed.

The arrow indicates if you WANT to run SmartSDR v2.1.30, it will have to upgrade (actually a downgrade in this case) the radio firmware to match the version you are running on the M model console.
