Tim did a really good job helping me with a DAX Driver issue caused by a Windows update. I hadn't heeded the advice to uninstall SSDR before a Windows 10 update and I got my DAX Drivers and Registry seemingly tangled in a knot. I struggled with it for a couple of weeks and finally put in a Help Desk Ticket. Tim answered the ticket in less than 5 minutes and worked it on it, staying late on a Friday evening. But I had screwed up things so badly that it required a bit more work on the following Monday. But he was there working it, getting it all done that day. Things are working fine now and I'm back on the digital modes.
