Tim did a really good job helping me with a DAX Driver issue caused by a Windows update.  I hadn't heeded the advice to uninstall SSDR before a Windows 10 update and I got my DAX Drivers and Registry seemingly tangled in a knot.  I struggled with it for a couple of weeks and finally put in a Help Desk Ticket.  Tim answered the ticket in less than 5 minutes and worked it on it, staying late on a Friday evening.  But I had screwed up things so badly that it required a bit more work on the following Monday.  But he was there working it, getting it all done that day.  Things are working fine now and I'm back on the digital modes.

Same here, I submitted a request via the HelpDesk and Tim reply and help me in a breeze with the DAX Driver Error after a Windows 10 update, fantastic and outstanding job Tim and FlexRadio Thank You !!!

Tim is the greatest! Flex has 2 great customer-facing guys in Tim for support and Mike Walker. The company is very lucky to have them.
