Great Support !!!!!!

I had been fighting a software problem for days and put in many hours trying to resolve it ... even got the local experts involved but we could not get the new SSDR version to load.... finally submitted a help ticket and when I did I realized it was New Years Eve and things would be closed on Monday so I might get on the air on Tuesday... within an hour, 11:00PM I got a note from Dudley WA5QPZ telling me exactly what was wrong and gave simple, clear step by step instructions  that fixed the problem!!!! Great support but if hanging around the office answering help tickets is Flex's idea of a New Years party I don't think Id like to work there HI HI

I agree, Dudley work several day trying to solve a DAX software problem, as it turned out it was a Windows 10 problem and a simple fix after all.  Thanks Dudley for all of your help, sorry it is so late.  The Flex 6500 works great and did a great job during the last contest

I am constantly impressed with the people working at Flex that put their heart and soul into building, selling and helping existing and future owners.

Unless you have worked in product develop it is hard to understand the pressure on you to design, build and improve a product and bring it to market. Add to that time frame issues and doing all of this within a reasonable cost structure.

No one is perfect and every company has their issues. But in my opinion Flex represents the one of the best the industry has to offer. 

I have not yet met Gerald but from my experience the tone of the company is a reflection of the those at the top. It my opinion every person I have interacted with whether it be Tim, Matt, Steve or Dudley, they all are patient, humble and genuinely want to help.

Could you relate what your problem was and how it was resolved in the event some one else should be plagued by the same gremlin?
