Great Experience with Factory Repair

Recently, I had to send my 6300 into the factory.  The finals decided to quit putting out power.  Since I don't presently have a "backup" radio, every day without my Flex was like a day without sunshine.  Since I am in Arizona, that's saying something.

The good part of this is that my radio came back in way less time than I expected.  I was prepared for a three-week turnaround, plus shipping time.  Not so.  The warranty repair went off without a hitch.

It's good to know that if your radio has to go in for repair, you won't grow old waiting for it to come back.

That's one of the best reasons to buy Flex.

Yes, Burt.  Play nice with others.  Metaphors are not prohibited on the Community.

Even Billy Shakespeare compared one to a summer's day. ;-)
