Great Experience with Factory Repair

Recently, I had to send my 6300 into the factory.  The finals decided to quit putting out power.  Since I don't presently have a "backup" radio, every day without my Flex was like a day without sunshine.  Since I am in Arizona, that's saying something.

The good part of this is that my radio came back in way less time than I expected.  I was prepared for a three-week turnaround, plus shipping time.  Not so.  The warranty repair went off without a hitch.

It's good to know that if your radio has to go in for repair, you won't grow old waiting for it to come back.
