I have a Flex-5000A that is putting out less than 10 watts on all bands.

GAry, Too bad you are having troubles with your fine radio. I think more info is needed before anyone could help much. How do you measure the power? It it measured in "Tune" or SSB or?
If you have a dummy load use that in place of an antenna. Select power out for the built in meter in upper right corner of the display. Put the radio in "Tune" and slide the drive slider from 0 to 100 and back. What happened as measured by the meter? Do you have an independent HF watt meter? If yes try the experiment above with the watt meter between the xcvr and the dummy load. What happened?
Maybe others have better assistance so come on guys don't let this guy struggle with my level of capabilities.

HI Patrick I have tried about everything. I use the radio for 6 meters and it only puts out 3 watts and about 8 watts in tune mode with the tune set at 100. I just checked the HF bands and they also put out about 8 watts on dummy load The Flex meter shows nothing.on any bands.

I've experienced some lower output on some bands but nothing that low. Try CTL/SHIFT i to bring up the PowerSDR voltage compare what you see at idle and key down. ANd also take NJ5G's suggestions seriously as they are all good. If there really is a problem then file a ticket with Flex as you may need to send it in. I may have to do that myself at some point.

Try to reset the database. Some times this is an indication of a corrupted database. Its a classical in PowerSDR.

OK Luis I was thinking about doing that.. I will just have to set everything up again but it would be worth it if it fixes it. Thank you.
