Little things can make you pull your hair out, reason I keep mine short.

I was in hurry to try and work a KH9 on Wake last night and had all indications I was sending from WSJT-X 1.9.1 to Flex 6600 as Dax was moving, Mic was moving, TX was moving but no RF out noted!.
Tried FLdigi, no problem tried MMTTY no problem but FT-8 no power output.

If you set TX fixed at 3000 and have bandpass TX set to 2.7Khz  that is what you get no power out.
Lesson learned.  Look and observe all you can.  And that TX filter is pretty good!
73, have a great day.

I started reading and getting the Fox and Hound version set up a few months before Baker Island dxpedition.

I don't know where the time went but all of a sudden I was in need of using it, the Baker Island dxpedition team was set up and I was copying them on 30 meters. But I didn't have everything complete and they kept sending my call sign back but the QSO never finished. I realized my error and worked them on Ft 8 on 15 meters. I worked them on Five bands so I can't complain.
