I would like to thank the FRS team that responded to the TIMEOUT problem on the Flex-6500. In particular I would like to offer many, many kudos to Tim Ellison for his professionalism in responding to my needs in less than 24 hours of the anomaly. You cannot ask for better service. Tim's DaMan.
