I noticed while one 20 ssb meter band and one 10 fm meter band open with FM ( squelched) I click on the mute button on the FM 10 meters then 20 meters ssb volume comes up.
Wondering if anyone else noticed this?
It does it with 6 meters FM squelched and another ssb band open too.

This is to be expected.  There is a fixed amount of output AF gain from the codec.  We do some gain normalization when you open more than one slice receiver, but there is not enough gain "headroom" to allow all slices to have the same amount of maximum gain where all of them are equally loud.  So, as you open more slices and output more demodulated audio, the net result is that the overall AF gain will drop some.  The reverse is true too; close a slice or mute it and the overall AF gain for the other slices goes up a little.  This isn't ideal, but it is a good compromise, especially if you have a 6700 with 8 slice receivers going at the same time.
