I have recently received my my 6700 and installed  PSDR.
Here are my two questions:
# Every time I power ON the radio it goes through calibration mode. Is it normal?
# PSDR screen display is cut on its bottom and right side on the monitor. How to adjust its size in Windows 7?

First... Welcome to the 6000 family.  Once you get through the learning curve, you will be having more fun than you ever had in ham radio...

1) My 6500 always runs a quick calibration whenever I power it up, too.  This is normal and assures quality of performance.

2) Your SmartSDR screen can ba adjusted by dragging the edges or corners of the window.  Not everything will show on the TX panel on all sizes of screens, so you may need to decide which parts of the panel you wish to display by slicking the tabs on the top of the TX display panel.  Be sure to use the highest resolution that you monitor and video card are capable of running.  Also, if you have previously adjusted the default text sizes to different figures, I have heard that it can cause some difficulties in WIN 7.
