    The microphone that ships with the radio has up/down buttons.  If one of these is stuck, the radio will scan.  Try pulling the mic out of the connector to split the problem between the mic and the radio.  If it continues after you pull the mic, please enter a help desk ticket and we will contact you to work through the issue.  A rare condition with the ESD diodes on the the mic up/down input lines can cause this problem also.

    thanks for reply , the defect remains the same with and without the microphone connected.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
